This project was an addition to a 1920's Character Home in Victoria, B.C.  The existing home was almost doubled in size and incorporated many design and finishing details to help the new part of the home blend seamlessly with the existing house.  The renovation and addition to the home was crafted by Terry Phillips, a prominent builder in Victoria who specializes in renovations to Character homes and construction of new homes which incorporate that same vintage feel mixed with all the usual modern conveniences.
