The Redstone Building, in James Bay BC, was a heritage conversion project designed by Dezign Zone for Cielo Properties. The original building had many uses over the decades starting as a horse stable then a garage for delivery trucks, a fire hall, office spaces, and finally a 9 unit residential building. The design featured 5 ground floor units, with 4 rooftop units, all constructed within the original brick exterior walls, and utilized the original wood windows.
